Applesons Tree Service wants each homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page covers how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If tree work on your property went badly, start by taking it up with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.
Still tell us. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short may be removed. Know the limits, though. Applesons Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@applesons.garden and include:
We acknowledge complaints by email, usually within a few business days. Then we review what happened. That review may include contacting the provider. After it, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For issues with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
